Nowadays Computer Science is still a very promising discipline while its maturity it is really evident. In the OPEN RESEARCH JOURNAL on COMPUTER SCIENCEwe want to follow the New Visions of Computer Science for the 21st century. Our members in OPEN RESEARCH SOCIETY work at international level exploiting contributions from Computer Science and other disciplines in order to create various deliverables consisted by open editions, open networks and open systems linking people around the world. We want to promote PEACE, and SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT through an Open Knowledge manifesto. In the 1st World Summit for the Knowledge Society, this manifesto will be documented and distributed.
