Scope of the Journal

The OPEN RESEARCH JOURNAL on MANAGEMENT is a timely journal responding to the increasingly interest on management in the 21st century. It promotes constructive dialogue among researchers as well as between researchers and practitioners. The journal encourages new approaches to the study of management and we aim to foster new thinking around management theory and practice.

The focus of OPEN RESEARCH JOURNAL on MANAGEMENT is to bring forth last developments on management and ideas from world top experts. The journal explores key issues in management, from the state-of-the-art trends and developments in strategic management, organizational behaviour, human resource management and entrepreneurship, among other topics. It provides in-depth coverage of organizational problems and organization theory; reports on the latest developments in strategic management and planning; cross-cultural comparisons of organizational effectiveness; and concise reviews of the latest publications in management studies as well as lively debate in topical and important issues on management.
