Our members in OPEN RESEARCH SOCIETY work at international level exploiting contributions from Software Engineerind ang various disciplines in order to create various deliverables consisted by open editions, open networks and open systems linking people around the world. We want to promote PEACE, and SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT through an Open Knowledge manifesto. In the 1st World Summit for the Knowledge Society, this manifesto will be documented and distributed. Scope of the Journal

The OPEN RESEARCH JOURNAL on SOFTWARE ENGINEERING is a timely series responding to the increasingly interest on software engineering nowadays. Software engineering covers the design, development and documentation of software. It uses methods, techniques and methodologies to develop high quality software (reliable, easy to understand, useful, efficient and modular). Meanwhile we are surrounded by “software everywhere” both in our daily lifes and in business. Often we are not even aware of how much software is used because the software is embedded in systems. It is absolutely essential that we are able to take advantage of the latest technologies to build the software for such systems better, faster, and smarter. Having this in mind, the focus of OPEN RESEARCH JOURNAL on SOFTWARE ENGINEERING is to bring forth last developments on software engineering.
